I am married and have four children.

The computer
Since 12/99 I have a new computer. I have bought it in pieces and put it together myself. The main reason for this was that I still had an old computer with a broken motherboard so I already had harddisks, floppy drive and cdrom. Thus on the computer fair there was bought a motherboard (ASUS P2B-F), processor (Pentium III-450) and memory (192 MB). Then it appeared that the Adaptec SCSI card did not work well so I have bought an Asus PCI Symbios SCSI card.
For the rest it has 3 harddisks (total 37 GB), an Asus V7100Pro/T GeForce2 32 MB video card (11/01), a 16/32 speed DVD (11/01), a Motorola 33k6 analog and a WebVox ISDN modem (1/01).
As external devices there are a laser printer (HP Laserjet 6L 11/98), a scanner (Contest 4800 dpi 11/96), a 17 inch IIyama monitor (Vision Master 403 10/99), a Logitech wireless mouse (12/99) and a Cherry keyboard (2/93).
For the internet I am using Internet Explorer (V5.00) and Netscape (V3.0, V4.6) and WebWhacker (V3.2) from Bluesquirrel, an offline webbrowser.

Things that I do with my computer

Link naar radio 10 My favorite radiostation
My favorite radiostation is Radio 10 FM, the Dutch radiostation that broadcasts all time greatest hits.
In case you have installed the RealAudio Player plug-in it is also possible to listen to Radio 10 here. Click here for a 28.8 modem or here for LAN or ISDN.

My favorite book
Gone with the wind of Margareth Mitchell.
This I have read during the military service during all the hours I was guarding the compound. There has been created a movie of the book and I also posses the video.
